In this video, Jamie Bermel and Jeff Reinardy take you step-by-step through proper weight training techniques to help you develop golf-specific strength. Included is a stretching plan, and exercises for the upper body, lower body, and trunk. Next, Reinardy incorporates these exercises into a two day per week workout program that can be used in-season or during the off-season. Get greater distance on your drives, increase your flexibility, and develop better body control for more accurate shots. A great video for golfers and coaches of any skill level!
