In Part 2, Mat Exercises, Chu shares a progression of hopping, bounding and jumping exercises to train explosive takeoffs with forward and lateral explosiveness. Chu shares an exercise weight progression that he feels is essential for gaining strength to increase the effectiveness of plyometric training.
